CASE DESCRIPTION

Recently a travel booker of one of our clients encountered numerous challenges with their current supplier, when trying to arrange travel for a student.

THE DETAILS

The passenger, a Nigerian PhD student, who the University had been trying to get to the UK for over a month.  Having encountered obstacles at every stage of the process, including delays, contradictory advice, breakdowns in communication from their usual supplier prevented flights being secured. It was with this that she decided to contact Gray Dawes to find a solution.

OUR APPROACH

Having emailed that afternoon, Anneliese promptly responded and provided clear information and guidance.  She picked up on the urgency of the situation and this alone reassured her. Working closely with Anneliese, she guided the client through the booking process and talked her through each step and offered reassurance throughout the day.  Anneliese made herself available when she called, answered every e-mail promptly, and even cancelled her break when she called with some information that allowed her to proceed with the booking.
